Before you write
Your Institute Runs Your Account
Nobody joins Smart AI Campus on their own. Your institute adds staff by email, and students and parents come in through the institute's spreadsheet import. For questions about your classes, your roster, a leave request or a particular lecture's attendance, your institute's admin, HOD or teacher is usually the quickest help.
For anything about the app itself, email us. It helps if you include:
- your institute's name and your role (student, parent, teacher, HOD or admin);
- the email address you sign in with;
- your phone model, and a screenshot if something looks wrong.
